The Abigail
Welcome to the "Abigal", built and designed with space and comfort by Vodicka Construction. This one-story 1,486 square-foot ranch home features three bedrooms, two baths and an oversized two-stall garage. This open floor plan includes a large open great room with cathedral ceilings, gas fireplace with custom mantel, built-in home entertainment system and cabinet with surround sound throughout the house. The spacious kitchen was shaker style cabinets, two built-in pantry cabinets and a breakfast bar open to the dining room, which features coffered ceiling. Off the dining room is a large covered cedar deck with outdoor speakers, which makes it ideal for entertaining or for your relaxing enjoyment.
The master bedroom has coffered ceiling, walk-in closet, master bath with whirlpool tub, separate shower and double lavatory vanity. There is another full bath and two generously sized bedrooms complete with 9' ceilings in the third bedroom.
