The Blake
Welcome to "The Blake", designed and built with space and comfort by Vodicka Construction, Inc. The one-story 1,667 square-foot ranch home features three bedrooms and two baths on the main floor and a three-stall garage. This open floor plan includes a large great room with 11' ceilings and gas fireplace. The spacious kitchen has quarter-sawn shaker-style cabinets, with pantry and breakfast bar open to the living and dining room. The dining area features a tray ceiling. Off the dining room is a covered cedar deck, perfect for either entertaining or relaxing.
The master bedroom features a coffered ceiling, walk-in closed, master bath with whirlpool tub, walk-in tile shower and double lavatory vanity. There is another full bath and two generously sized bedrooms on the main floor with 9' ceilings throughout the home.
